A company or natural person with business to be evaluated as a client of
Primus Capital must comply with the following.

A company or natural person to turn to be evaluated as a customer of Primus Capital must comply with the following.

General Information
  • Be duly constituted.
  • Have initiation of activities.
  • Have mandates and powers for its administrators, necessary to operate in Factoring.
  • At least one (1) year operating.
Financial information
  • Two latest and updated financial statements (balance sheet and income statement). Whether or not they are audited.
  • VAT returns for the last two full periods and for the current period.
  • Last two income tax returns (Declaraciones de Impuesto a la Renta).
  • Status statements of natural person partners.
Legal Information
  • Business R.U.T. copy.
  • Representatives ID copy .
  • Full legal information:
    • Deed of incorporation of the company and the respective modifications, if any, with its extracts duly registered and published.
    • Current legal powers.
    • Copy of the registration of the company in the Registry of Commerce (Registro de Comercio), with its marginal annotations.
    • Certificate of validity of the company (Certificado de vigencia).
